The Academy is proud to invite you to San Diego, CA, in October 2009 for another fun and information packed Fall Summit. There will be additional training on Sunday afternoon/Monday so plan your trip accordingly. Please stay tuned for more information.
The Academy's Room Block at the Coronado Island Marriott is SOLD OUT. If you would like to be added to the waiting list, email erin@aaepa.com. There are rooms available at the Coronado Island Marriott outside of the Academy room block at a higher rate.The deadline to reserve a room within the block is Monday September 7th, 2009. Before this date rooms are guaranteed UNTIL OUR ROOM BLOCK IS FILLED. After this date no rooms are guaranteed.
If you need to reduce the number of rooms reserved or cancel please contact erin@aaepa.com so your Academy rate can be passed on to other members if possible. There are interested members on the waiting list so please let Erin know as soon as possible!
IMPORTANT: Members needing to cancel or change hotel reservations need to handle those requests with the hotel a minimum of 72 hours prior to your first night's stay. If cancellations or changes are not made prior to 72 hours, all hotel related expenses are the responsibility of the member.
