Fall Summit Roundtable Topic: Non-Owner Compensation Discussion
The Fall Summit Saturday Night Roundtable will cover compensation for Associate Attorneys and Staff. In order for the Member or Partner to participate in the Roundtable, this Survey must be completed and returned by September 14th. All Survey Results will be made available at the Roundtable. If you're not attending the Fall Summit, the confidential results will be emailed to you after the event.
Completing the Survey
This Survey covers not only compensation for Staff, but also office policies, employee benefits, length of employment in your office, and staff responsibilities. There is a section on the Survey for each position in member firms (Receptionist, Marketing Coordinator, Office Manager, Production Paralegal, etc.). If you don't have a staff person in one of these positions, simply scroll to the bottom of the page and hit "next." Be sure to hit "Next" at the bottom of each page, and "SUBMIT" at the end, so we receive your submission.
Confidentiality
If you currently have Staff monitor your law firm email, you will have the option of including separate PRIVATE email addresses (gmail, yahoo, etc.), where you would like the Survey Results sent.
Results
Results of the Survey will be provided ONLY to law firms submitting the Survey. Members will have the option of remaining anonymous in the Survey Results provided to other members, be sure to check that box on the Survey if you wish to remain anonymous. However, all anonymous submissions will be separated by geographic region (Pacific, Southwest, Mid-Atlantic, New England, etc.) in the results.
Roundtable Participation
Roundtable admission for this topic is limited to the primary Member, Partners or spouses working in the firm. As a courtesy to all Members, no employees (even key staff) will be allowed to attend this session.
