About Dan R. Morris Dan R. Morris is the senior partner in the law firm of Morris, Hall & Kinghorn, P.L.L.C., with offices in Phoenix, Mesa, Tucson, Prescott, Sedona & Flagstaff. For the past 28 years, his private practice has been focused on estate planning, business planning, real estate and corporate law. Mr. Morris believes in the importance of proper estate planning not only for his clients and their peace of mind, but for the security of their families as well. Mr. Morris is admitted to practice law before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Tax Court, and the state and federal courts of Arizona. He is a member of the Arizona State Bar Association, the Maricopa County Bar, American Bar Association and a Fellow of the Arizona Bar Foundation. He is also a charter member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys. Mr. Morris earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona, after serving five years in the U.S. Air Force, where he achieved the rank of Captain. His undergraduate degree was awarded by Arizona State University in 1961. Mr. Morris is a native of Arizona, where he grew up on a dairy farm. He lives in Phoenix with his wife, Katie. They are the parents of four daughters and grandparents of six. Mr. Morris has served on the Maricopa County Fair Board of Directors for the past 10 years, three times as President.
About the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys
