Attorney Dera L. Johnsen-Tracy is a graduate of Marquette University Law School and focuses her legal practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, and guardianship. Prior to completing law school, Dera gained fourteen years of legal experience as a paralegal in Texas and Wisconsin, with the last nine years spent at Krueger & Hernandez. Dera's extensive experience provided a strong and practical client-centered foundation for her legal practice. She strives to meet the needs of her clients in a personal and efficient manner.
Dera is licensed to practice in Wisconsin, and is an active member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, a national organization of attorneys dedicated to estate planning. Krueger & Hernandez SC is the ONLY member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys in the state of Wisconsin. The Academy and their membership have been featured in Consumer Reports, Suze Orman in her book, 9 Steps to Financial Freedom, numerous times by Money Magazine and most recently Real Simple Magazine stated “How to find a good one: Hire a lawyer who belongs to the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys (aaepa.com).
