Hotel Information - 2013 Spring Summit
The Academy is hosting the 2013 Spring Summit at The Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn's Landing.
The deadline to reserve your room is Friday, March 22, 2013. Before this date, rooms are guaranteed UNTIL OUR ROOM BLOCK IS FILLED. After this date, no rooms are guaranteed.
If you need to reduce the number of rooms reserved or cancel please contact erin@aaepa.com so your Academy rate can be passed on to other members if possible.
IMPORTANT: Members needing to cancel or change hotel reservations need to handle those requests with the hotel a minimum of 72 hours prior to your first night's stay. If cancellations or changes are not made prior to 72 hours, all hotel related expenses are the responsibility of the member.
