About Michael J. Kizis

Michael is the owner/managing attorney for the Law Office of Michael J. Kizis. The focus of his practice is in estate planning & administration, elder law and real estate. He received his undergraduate degree from Penn State University (1990) and his law degree from the Duquesne University School of Law (1997). He is licensed to practice law and issue title insurance in Pennsylvania.

Michael is a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, an organization which promotes and fosters excellence in estate planning & administration and elder law.

Michael and his wife Monica are both born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania and live in the area with their 4 children, 2 dogs and 2 cats. In his spare time, Michael enjoys exercising, spending time with his family and a good game of chess.


About the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys

The Academy is a national organization dedicated to promoting excellence in estate planning by providing its exclusive membership of attorneys with up-to-date research on estate and tax planning, educational materials, and other important resources to empower them to provide superior estate planning services.
