About Nancy Marie Dowling
Established the firm in Watertown, Massachusetts in 2005 and has been a practicing attorney since 1992. A staunch advocate and creative thinker, Attorney Dowling works tirelessly to obtain the best results for her clients. She is a versatile lawyer who thrives in managing a diverse practice.
While an entrepreneur at heart, Attorney Dowling began her career in the corporate world, where she gained valuable experience in the software, IT, and technology sectors, most recently working as Corporate Counsel for a global electronics design automation company. Attorney Dowling is a business savvy lawyer skilled in negotiation, mediation and the art of forming agreements of many types, whether between individuals, businesses, other legal entities, government bodies or any combination of the above.
Attorney Dowling understands that human interactions are governed by contracts and uses her extensive experience in that area to her clients' advantage; whether engaged in a courtroom battle, board room debate or any other endeavor, she will advocate relentlessly, yet work to find solutions and get the deal done.

About the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys
The Academy is a national organization dedicated to promoting excellence in estate planning by providing its exclusive membership of attorneys with up-to-date research on estate and tax planning, educational materials, and other important resources to empower them to provide superior estate planning services. The Academy expects members to have at least 36 hours of legal education each year specifically in estate, tax, probate and/or elder law subjects.
