About Geoffrey Rafalik

Geoffrey Rafalik is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey. Geoffrey’s practice areas include simple and complex Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Tax Planning, Business Succession Planning, and Medicaid Planning.


Geoffrey is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Albany County Bar Association. Prior to joining Unsworth LaPlante, PLLC, Geoffrey prepared Federal and New York Estate Tax Returns, and created individualized estate plans for his clients.


Geoffrey graduated from Siena College, and received his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School of Union University.


Geoffrey is a native of Saratoga Springs, New York. He enjoys staying active through golfing, basketball, and snowboarding.

About the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys
