Mr. Berger, having joined the firm in 1994, is a partner of the firm and serves on the management committee. Mr. Berger is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (Member), Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California, the California Society of Healthcare Attorneys, the American Health Lawyers Association, the Christian Legal Society, the Fresno County Bar Association and the State Bars of California and Florida.

Education

Bruce J. Berger graduated from California State University, Fresno, in 1980, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting Option), and received his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School in 1984.

About the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys
