About Tina Hogue
Tina M. Hogue is a native of South Dakota. She grew up in the Miller, South Dakota area before moving to Rapid City. She also lived in Sioux Falls while attending college. Ms. Hogue received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Sioux Falls in 1991. She continued her studies at the University of South Dakota School of Law in Vermillion, SD where she earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree. While in law school she was awarded the American Jurisprudence award in Trial Techniques. Ms. Hogue is licensed to practice law in both South Dakota and Nebraska state and federal courts and has experience in a wide array of law including motorcycle injury cases, personal injury, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, business, corporate and commercial, real estate, wills/probate and estate planning. She is the second female within the state to be a past-president of the South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association.
About the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys
The Academy is a national organization dedicated to promoting excellence in estate planning by providing its exclusive membership of attorneys with up-to-date research on estate and tax planning, educational materials, and other important resources to empower them to provide superior estate planning services.
