Leigh Anne Williams former high school English teacher and an experienced “all family” attorney in the Charlotte, NC. After gaining invaluable experience and mentorship in and out of the courtroom as a private family law associate, Leigh Anne soon began envisioning an alternate reality for her career and the impact she can make to families in her community. She opened L. A. Williams Law, PLLC in 2019 with the mission to work hard for those who work hard for their families. She is passionate about her practice and the change that the American Academy of Estate Planners has brought to her clients’ lives. Leigh Ann is a member of Mecklenburg County Bar Association, Family Law and Estate Planning Section, North Carolina Bar, Family Law member, former CLE Advisory Committee Vice Chair, Charlotte Women Attorneys, Charlotte Collaborative Divorce Professionals, Relatives volunteer, and Wills for Heroes volunteer.
About the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys
The Academy is a national organization dedicated to promoting excellence in estate planning by providing its exclusive membership of attorneys with up-to-date research on estate and tax planning, educational materials, and other important resources to empower them to provide superior estate planning services.
