About Elwood Baldwin

Woody Baldwin established his law firm in Marlton, NJ in 2013 and focused his practice exclusively on Wills, Trusts and Estates in 2015 when he moved the practice to Haddonfield, NJ. Having seen first-hand how a poorly drafted estate plan can harm a family, Woody has since answered his community’s need for superior estate planning and probate services. He strives to become an advisor for life to the families that he represents.

Woody is a graduate of the Temple University School of Law, Philadelphia, PA, where he focused his education on tax and estate planning courses. He is also a graduate of Widener University, Chester, PA, where he graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Accounting and a concentration in Finance.

Woody is a member of the New Jersey State bar. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Camden County Bar association.,p> When he is not practicing law, he can be found enjoying time with his wife and teen-aged son. He also coaches travel baseball and enjoys cycling, music, and reading.

About the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys
