About Ben L. Rasche
Benjamin L. Rasche, J.D., is a member and founding partner of Schneider Rasche, LLC. Mr. Rasche has over 15 years experience in the estate planning field. In 2001, Benjamin Rasche started working at Law Offices of Richard B. Schneider, LLC. That positive relationship with Richard Schneider has continued through their current partnership.
In law school, Mr. Rasche decided to focus his career on helping people avoid legal conflicts and he worked with clients to plan their affairs in a way that would ease the burden left behind on their loved ones.
The first step in that process is to educate our clients on estate planning and how they can best preserve and protect what matters most to them. In order to do that, Benjamin Rasche is dedicated to learning each client’s specific needs and concerns so that their estate plan can be tailored accordingly.
Mr. Rasche is a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys. He is admitted to practice in the State of Oregon.
Benjamin L. Rasche, J.D. is a graduate of the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College, where he was an active member of student government. Mr. Rasche also has a B.S. from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University where he also received minors in economics and geology. Mr. Rasche also studied the economics of the European Union in Maastricht, Netherlands under a grant from the Center for International Business and Economic Research.
Mr. Rasche spends his free time with his wife and two children, enjoying all the great northwest has to offer. He especially enjoys biking, skiing, hiking, camping and climbing. He has worked as a legal advocate for victims of domestic abuse and was a volunteer member of the Board for CASA for Children in Salem.
