Justin Martin’s practice consists of estate planning and tax for individuals and families, business law serving closely-held or family owned businesses, business succession, probate, trust administration, and estate and contract litigation. Justin is the managing shareholder at Myatt & Bell, preserving its legacy for excellence of work and customer loyalty. He promotes a professional law firm culture that is structured, fun, and caring with commitments to team, balance, humility, and service. Justin was born in Portland and raised in Tualatin, earned his B.A. in Religion & Government Law at Liberty University and Doctorate of Jurisprudence at Willamette University College of Law. He is a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, a variety of sections of the Oregon State Bar, the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, Christ@Work, and the Pearl Church.
